Description

Primary care for acute conditions like cold and flu, and chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and COPD. Mental health services including medication management and counseling with a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Labs and testing including cancer screenings and other preventative services.

Community Action Partnership of Natrona County is a social service agency that works to coordinate human services in Natrona County. Administers the City and County annual funding allocations that are distributed to community agencies, as well as provide direct service through our Empowerment Opportunities for Success, 12th Street Clinic / Healthcare for the Homeless, and Life Steps Transitional Housing.
