Bell Park Tower is a 40 unit, three-story, HUD 202 PRAC subsidized complex in Torrington, Wyoming for individuals age 62 or older and their spouses who meet income requirements. The one-bedroom, unfurnished apartments are cozy and comfortable with complete kitchens. Each apartment has its own thermostat controlled furnace and air conditioner. The laundry room, on the first floor, is available to residence at no charge.

Our affordable housing community is designed with your comfort, convenience, and lifestyle in mind.

Provides affordable rental housing and rental housing assistance to low-income households. All applicants will be housed on a first come/first served basis, taking into consideration the following preference: household contains a member that is elderly or disabled or has a dependent *AND* household contains a member that resides, works in, or is hired to work in our jurisdictional service areas.

The one-bedroom, unfurnished apartments are cozy and comfortable with complete kitchens. Each apartment has its own thermostat controlled furnace and air conditioner. A laundry room is available within the facility on the first floor and is equipped with two washers and two dryers at no charge.
