Provides affordable rental housing and rental housing assistance to low income households. All applicants will be housed on a first come/first served basis, taking into consideration the following preferences: - Homeless persons referred by case manager - Local residency/employment in CHA service area - Elderly (62 or older), disabled or handicapped for Section 8 - Involuntary displacement: a household who has been displaced by governmental action or a declared natural disaster
