Our facility holds 144 men and women (128 men and 16 women). Each offender entering the program is guided with an individualized case plan designed to meet his or her needs to ensure a successful reintegration into society. In addition to the services and programming for the offenders, we also assist with paying bills, restitution to local courts and victims across the State of Wyoming.

Faith based reentry service for newly released inmates in Wyoming relocating to Laramie County. Assistance can include: rent, damage deposit, bicycles, prescription medication, state I.D.'s personal hygiene, work clothes & footwear, cell phones, gas cards

Faith based social service agency that focuses on newly released inmates from Wyoming Penal Institutions who plan to reside in Gillette. Assistance with:- Employment needs (work boots, bibs, etc.)- Basic clothing needs- Locating housing- Obtaining an ID/Driver's License, birth certificate- MSHA with employment verification- Hygiene packs with enough supplies for one month- Walmart gift card- 1 tank of gas, for job searching- Gently used household items; transitional housing

WYSTEPUP TRANSITIONAL LIVING PROGRAM
The Salvation Army WYStepUp Program assists with help to unaccompanied/single women who are struggling to become self-sufficient due to criminal background. The focus of this program will be to help women find strength within themselves, their community, and in their approach to life through Life and Spiritual Development classes while living in a structured environment so that, as a whole they have a better chance to integrate back into a healthier way of life and become self-sufficient.
