A.C.E. is a small case management agency that prioritizes our client relationships. We will meet with clients at their place of residence. No need to travel to an office. We pride ourselves on being available and accessible to our clients.

The Laramie County Senior Activity Center is centrally located in downtown Cheyenne. We offer various programs to enhance and encourage healthy living habits and stimulate mental well-being; opportunities to improve physical strength, flexibility and balance. Exercise classes and physical programs are available. Lunch served 7 days a week and breakfast 5 days a week. The Center also has a lending library and a small gym. We offer a great variety of senior outings throughout the month.

The Financial Advocates department assists in underinsured and uninsured patients in navigating federal and state health insurance programs and help enroll those patients in the programs which they are eligible. This also extends to helping sign up for supplemental or advantage plans for Medicare. The Medication Assistance Program helps find Patient Assistance programs, copay cards or grants that can cover medication cost.

Case management is a required service on all Waivers to assist participants in gaining access to needed Waiver and other Medicaid State Plan services, as well as medical, social, educational, community supports and other support services, regardless of the funding source.

The Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Section oversees HCBS waiver programs for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and acquired brain injuries. We strive to provide excellent customer service and up to date information to participants, families, providers, and other stakeholders.

Wraparound differs from many service delivery strategies, in that it provides a comprehensive, holistic, youth and family-driven way of responding when children or youth experience serious mental health or behavioral challenges.

Our services are provided through the Medicaid Developmental Disabilities waiver in participants' homes and communities. We believe in a team approach that encompasses the participant’s team including other service providers, case managers, guardians, medical professionals, employment service providers, natural support systems, and the community we all call home.

The Children's Mental Health Waiver is a wraparound service that provides care coordination services to help support the entire family. ABLE is an agency with the Children's Mental Health Waiver. We provide Family Care Coordinator, Family Support, Respite, Youth Support, and Youth/Family Training.
