First Stop Park County Help Center is a program of the Park County Poverty Alleviation Coalition and Heart Mountain Free Clinic (HMFC). We are dedicated to helping people living in crisis in Park County. Our goal is to ensure that immediate needs met so that they can begin to build towards stability, financial independence, and achieving their goals.

A program that assists with needs such as prescriptions, doctor visits, dental and eye care. Can also distribute funds to assist with any needs directly related to a medical crisis.

The Wyoming Smiles Senior Dental Program is sponsored by the Wyoming Delta Dental Foundation and provides free dental insurance to low-income seniors who reside in the State of Wyoming. Seniors must be age 65 and up, must not have any dental insurance, and be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. The program has 400 slots available, and enrollment will be on a first come, first serve basis. Once the program is full, we will establish a waiting list.

YCAN provides referral-based financial assistance for individuals actively engaged in recovery in Park County. Partner agencies submit referrals to support housing, utilities, transportation, childcare, and other needs. Assistance helps remove barriers to recovery and self-sufficiency, with services based on eligibility, program participation, and available funding.
