First Stop Park County Help Center is a program of the Park County Poverty Alleviation Coalition and Heart Mountain Free Clinic (HMFC). We are dedicated to helping people living in crisis in Park County. Our goal is to ensure that immediate needs met so that they can begin to build towards stability, financial independence, and achieving their goals.

We Provide Financial Assistance To Men, Women, And Children Living With HIV/AIDS In Wyoming

We’ve partnered with the Phillips Help Center to simplify access to CSBG grant support. Their case managers guide you to social services, including Hot Springs CSBG funds. Upon contact from potential clients, a determination is made regarding eligibility and then financial assistance is provided in the amount of $150 per household per year depending on the individuals situation for emergency needs such as utilities, rent, food, auto fuel, auto repair, lodging, and pharmaceuticals.

WFCC provides non-medical assistance to all cancer patients undergoing current treatment in Wyoming, regardless of insurance status, type of cancer or income.

Services include transportation assistance in the form of gas cards up to $300 for appointments and treatment, and assistance with diagnostic and cancer screening services.

Providing assistance with financial help for those with cancer, someone needing mental health assistance or those in Hospice care. A program that assists with needs such as prescriptions, doctor visits, dental and eye care. Can also distribute funds to assist with any needs directly related to a medical crisis.
