EyeCare America facilitates eye care, often at no out of pocket cost, for U.S. citizens or legal residents 65 or older who are without an Eye M.D. and who do not belong to an HMO or do not have eye care coverage through the Veterans Administration.

Rocky Mountain Lions Eye Bank is the non-profit eye bank established by the Lions clubs of CO & WY in 1982. Our mission is to fulfill the wishes of eye donors and their families to help another overcome blindness through transplantation & research. We restore hope where hope may have been lost. Our Eye Surgery Grant exists to assist patients without financial means to cover medically necessary eye surgery. Connect with your local Lions Club to determine eligibility for the grant.

We are pleased to inform you of the continued collaborative partnership between the Wyoming Optometric Association and Vision Service Plan (VSP), a national healthcare leader in eye care services. Recognizing the important role that vision plays in the educational process, VSP founded the Sight for Students Program several years ago to help low income children obtain vision care. The Wyoming Optometric Association has agreed to aid in coordinating the program for students in Wyoming.

We provide assistance in acquiring birth certificates, social security cards, ID cards and other necessary documents and serve as a hub for community partner referrals. ​We can help with eye exams, lenses and frames for your child or for an adult member of the household. ​Services are free, ensuring affordability and accessibility for a diverse range of individuals. ​Please do not hesitate to contact us to learn more how we may be able to assist you.

The Wyoming Smiles Senior Dental Program is sponsored by the Wyoming Delta Dental Foundation and provides free dental insurance to low-income seniors who reside in the State of Wyoming. Seniors must be age 65 and up, must not have any dental insurance, and be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. The program has 400 slots available, and enrollment will be on a first come, first serve basis. Once the program is full, we will establish a waiting list.

Partner agencies submit referrals to support housing, utilities, transportation, childcare, and other needs. Assistance helps remove barriers to recovery and self-sufficiency, with services based on eligibility, program participation, and available funding.

Provides financial assistance for: -Past due rent assistance -Deposit Assistance -Past due Utilities -Partial expense assistance with dental, eye care and prescription.

First Stop Park County Help Center is a program of the Park County Poverty Alleviation Coalition and Heart Mountain Free Clinic (HMFC). We are dedicated to helping people living in crisis in Park County. Our goal is to ensure that immediate needs met so that they can begin to build towards stability, financial independence, and achieving their goals.

A program that assists with needs such as prescriptions, doctor visits, dental and eye care. Can also distribute funds to assist with any needs directly related to a medical crisis.

Our goal is to ensure that immediate needs met so that they can begin to build towards stability, financial independence, and achieving their goals.

Upon contact from potential clients, a determination is made regarding eligibility and then financial assistance is provided in the amount of $150 per household per year depending on the individuals situation for emergency needs such as utilities, rent, food, auto fuel, auto repair, lodging, and pharmaceuticals.

Provides grants up to $1000 to help with expenses for Carbon County residents that are actively battling cancer.

WFCC provides non-medical assistance to all cancer patients undergoing current treatment in Wyoming, regardless of insurance status, type of cancer or income.

Providing assistance to those faced with health care challenges such as Cancer Care, Hospice Giving, Hope Source and Patient Lodging. Providing assistance with financial help for those with cancer, someone needing mental health assistance or those in Hospice care.
