The CSBG Grant FY 2024 provides assistance for the following services in Sublette and Lincoln Counties: emergency rent; medical and vision; dental. and transportation costs. Applicants must qualify in relation to income level (individuals and families below the 200% federal poverty level) and provide all required documentation.

Upon contact from potential clients, a determination is made regarding eligibility and then financial assistance is provided in the amount of $150 per household per year depending on the individuals situation for emergency needs such as utilities, rent, food, auto fuel, auto repair, lodging, and pharmaceuticals.

Household items, beds, bedding, TV's, Couches, etc. provided free of charge for those who can't afford it. Done by referral only. Prescription refills, fuel for vehicles for qualifying reasons.

We are pleased to inform you of the continued collaborative partnership between the Wyoming Optometric Association and Vision Service Plan (VSP), a national healthcare leader in eye care services. Recognizing the important role that vision plays in the educational process, VSP founded the Sight for Students Program several years ago to help low income children obtain vision care. The Wyoming Optometric Association has agreed to aid in coordinating the program for students in Wyoming.
