As an accredited diabetes self-management and training program through the Association of Diabetes care and education specialists (ADCES), we meet rigorous clinical standards and have a team of 2 Registered Dieticians (RD) and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists (CDCES).

Participants are eligible for assistance with eyeglasses, podiatry and dentistry.

Inpatient care is covered by a close working relationship with the excellent community hospitals in nearby Lander, Wyoming that has an 83-bed hospital, fully staffed inpatient psychiatric hospital and also Central Wyoming Rehabilitation Unit and Riverton Memorial Hospital has a fully staffed 70-bed hospital.
