In-Home Services provides services to qualified individuals to enable them to stay in their home longer and in the least restrictive environment possible. Reimbursement for these services are on a sliding scale.

Life Skills Wyoming is a provider of services for people with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, seizure disorders, cerebral palsy, Autism Spectrum Disorder, acquired brain injury, traumatic brain injury and more. The services we provide bring an enhanced quality of life to people with a wide range of needs, one good deed at a time.

Community Living Services can be provided as a 1:1 or group of up to 3 people. Community Living Services are individually personalized to assist the participant acquire, maintain and improve skills needed to successfully live independently in the community. Services are provided in a participant’s or family’s home and in the community.

Personal Care, homemaking, light housekeeping, Loan Closet

Personal care services are a 1:1 service provided to assist participants in completing task they would do normally if they did not have a disability. This may include activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, etc. Assistance provided may be in the form of hands-on, cuing or prompting. Personal care services are provided in the participant’s home or on their property.

Originally designated to serve the community’s senior population, in 2009 with construction of our new facility, services and amenities were incorporated to address the needs of the entire community. Now, the Center offers programs and services for residents of all ages; child day care, education, outreach, senior meals, in-home health services, and public-use space for meetings and events.

Community EMS is a patient-centered model using mobile resources to deliver care outside traditional settings, aiming to improve outcomes and reduce ER visits. The program will refer patients to Laramie County resources, conduct home visits, and assess safety. Initial efforts focus on voluntary home safety inspections to prevent falls, reconcile medications, and install or replace smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Douglas Senior Center serves a wonderful weekday lunch for all seniors and disabled adults. Socialization We offer a wide variety of activities, Nutrition programs CCAS, INC has dining rooms in both locations. Our professionally trained, friendly staff prepare quality approved meals. Also for the qualified individual there are home delivered meals.

I-Reach 2, Inc. provides a variety of community living supports and services. Services and supports are delivered in small group settings of 4 people or less. Each service is tailored to fit the needs of the individual receiving services, whether it is 24-hour support or minimal assistance. Home Health Agency-Medical and Caregiving/Senior Care services that help people to stay in their home-like settings. This includes caregiving and nursing services, as well as housecleaning, meal preparation, and dementia care assistance. We also provide services in the assisted living centers and nursing homes for 1-on-1 care, safety, and fall prevention monitoring. All services are overseen by nurses.
