The program is free to income eligible families with children ages 3 and 4 years of age .Head Start offers the following services: preschool education, child health (physical, dental and mental health) and development, nutrition, social and emotional development and parent, family, and community engagement.

Our continuum of care covers a wide variety of mental health services, from group therapy to psychosocial rehabilitation, which aims to help clients with serious and persistent mental illness find meaningful employment or community activities with a focus on independent living skills.

We do this by building relationships and identifying opportunities to connect and inspire families as partners. It is our goal to come together as a state to assist families who are struggling due to the financial and emotional burdens that are caused by having a premature infant getting care out of state. Neighbors helping Neighbors is Wyoming's way. We have held several fundraisers, created an website and are in the process of creating an app. We have already been able to provide financial, in kind and emotional support to several families in the state.

Heart to Heart has a team of nurses, staff, and volunteers who offer practical help, compassionate care and accurate, up-to-date information about pregnancy, sexual help, and relationships. Heart to Heart is also a place to help you explore available options and give you the tools to evaluate the risks and rewards concerning your situation. Free pregnancy test. Free ultrasound, if you qualify. Free parenting classes. Free post-abortion classes to overcome grief.

Act Early Wyoming helps parents, health care professionals, and child care providers learn about healthy developmental milestones. Enhanced awareness of the developmental milestones leads to more timely assessments, earlier diagnosis, and referrals for early intervention.
Parents as Teachers helps parents reach their full potential as their child's first and most important teacher, especially during the crucial first five years of his/her life. Parents As Teachers helps parents understand child development and connects them to the resources they need to make the best choices for their family throughout pregnancy until their child enters kindergarten. Through LCSD#2, Parents as Teachers offers free personal visits customized to the needs of your family.

Families Count is a six-week parenting class and mentoring program offered through local churches to assist at-risk parents who are working to achieve permanency with their families.
