Meets the 1st and 3rd Thursday of month from 6:30-8 p.m. Survivors coming together to support each other, to share feelings, ask questions and not be alone.

Brain-based therapies including Brainspotting, EMDR and neurofeedback are offered at the Pines Counseling, LLC. Also provides services for a variety of needs including anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, couples, divorce reaction, parenting, abuse, complex trauma, DID, and PTSD.

The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention provides several programs to educate the public on suicide prevention. These programs range from 1 hour to 8 hours and most can be held virtually or in-person.

Healing Conversations is a one-time visit (phone, virtual, in-person) that connects those who have lost a loved one to suicide with trained volunteers who are also survivors of suicide loss. The goal of this connection is to help recent survivors navigate this challenging journey by offering support, connection and resources.

This program works to reduce the use and abuse of Underage Drinking, Adult Overconsumption, Tobacco, Other Drugs, and Suicide as well as educate our community about mental health issues. In order to reach this goal, prevention collaborates with the County Prevention Coalitions which is comprised of parents, youth, educators, law enforcement, health and mental health professionals, youth-serving organizations, local businesses, and many others who believe in the goal of a drug-free community.
