We offer individual, couples, family, and group counseling using ACT, CBT, DBT, EMDR, and ERP. Our trauma-informed approach addresses mental health, sleep, nutrition, exercise, and relationships. Services include court-ordered assessments, parent reunification, and geriatric counseling. We accept all insurance and EAPs. Evening and Saturday hours available. No waitlist.

Pioneer Counseling Services, serving Uinta County and located in the extreme southwest corner of Wyoming, is the longest running, community based mental health facility in the county. One Health Providers recommend patients complete an annual wellness exam to stay up-to-date on their primary care. During Wellness visits, Providers discuss Preventive Care with patients. Recommended Preventive screenings, immunizations, and other interventions vary per patient based on age and gender. Patients should check with their insurance company to learn what services are covered in a Wellness Visit.

Mercer Family Resource Center offers professional counseling for individuals, couples, families. Depression Screenings and Suicide Severity Rating Scales are conducted. After school or evening appointments available if needed.

We have therapists with a wide variety of backgrounds, to assist people with depression, anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, trauma, Oppositional Defiance Disorder and many other diagnoses. We currently provide play therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), individual, family, and parenting services that are individually tailored to meet your needs.
