Suicide Prevention Awareness Team

SPAT (Youth Empowerment Council sub-committee) is a group of youth volunteers who present to various audiences and spread awareness by educating their peers on the warning signs, risk factors, and protective factors associated with suicide. SPAT also serves county wide with Natrona County Suicide Prevention Task Force. Since Wyoming has one of the highest suicide rates among teens, this is an important topic to inform youth and adults.
