Salt River Senior Center

Uinta Senior Center, connecting older adults to vital services in one place, to help them stay healthy and independent. We serve over 214 Seniors per day in Evanston, Bridger Valley, Afton and Kemmerer. USCI offers a wide variety of programs and services.

Services for those 60 years of age and older. Congregate meals provided for a suggested donation of $3.00. You may bring a guest under 60 for a fee of $5.00. Also provide home delivered meals, some activities, and information services. Reservations needed for meals the day before.

Various programs to enhance and encourage healthy living habits and stimulate mental well-being. Opportunities to improve physical strength, flexibility and balance. Exercise classes and physical programs are available under the direction of certified fitness instructors and volunteer leaders.- Art/Craft Classes & Groups - Exercise Classes/Individual Exercise Programs. Bingo, card games, arts and crafts activities, educational opportunities, socialization events, and much more are available.

Provides nutritious meals, Monday through Friday, 11am-1pm, in a family style dining room along with nutrition education, education materials, social contact, and activities.

Originally designated to serve the community’s senior population, in 2009 with construction of our new facility, services and amenities were incorporated to address the needs of the entire community. Now, the Center offers programs and services for residents of all ages; child day care, education, outreach, senior meals, in-home health services, and public-use space for meetings and events.

Our Wellness Department provides wellness programs and a medical equipment loan closet available to all Laramie residents. We also offer access to footcare services by appointment only.

Company Overview Providing transportation, serving nutritious meals in clients homes and in our dining room, providing Information and Referral for aging issues, Material aid in the form of a loaning closet with durable medical equipment.

Glenrock Senior Center serves a wonderful weekday lunch for all seniors and disabled adults. Socialization We offer a wide variety of activities, Nutrition programs CCAS, INC has dining rooms in both locations. Our professionally trained, friendly staff prepare quality approved meals. Also for the qualified individual there are home delivered meals.

We offer a variety of daily activities including games, arts, crafts, exercise and more, as well as weekly programs and monthly special events. Nutritious meals offered to senior citizens at the center, Monday through Friday. Also offers home delivered meals to those who qualify. Please call for more information. Our meals are preplanned and approved by our Wyoming State Licensed dietician and created on site. We will also deliver this same meal to qualifying home-bound seniors in the Meeteetse area. After lunch we have a good game of bridge and each Friday morning we enjoy "coffee hour" a great time to visit with neighbors and friends. Due to staffing shortages, we ask that you bring your own mug on Fridays.

The Weston County Senior Citizen Center is here to offer a variety of services and activities for the local seniors. Our hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Get your friends together and come to the Senior Center on Friday Mornings at 9:00 AM and have some coffee and the best cinnamon rolls in Weston County!

Rendezvous Pointe offers Meals and Nutrition. Other services include minor home modification, temporary respite, and assistance with emergency. Beyond the In-Home services, Rendezvous Pointe offers a lending closet for anyone in temporary need whether due to an accident, surgery or other infirmity. Among other items, the Closet includes walkers, canes, crutches, shower and bath benches, pill boxes, toilet seat risers, wheel chairs, electric wheelchairs, and wheelchair ramps.

Home healthcare services available. Home Makers and CNA's to assist. Assist with coordination of services, various tasks (i.e. budgeting) determined upon intake. Person needs to have 2 medical conditions to qualify. (i.e. Uses walker and is on oxygen) Congregate meals served in Greybull site and Home delivered meals. Public transportation. Client advocate services for Medicare and associated help.
