The function of the Public Defender is to represent persons accused of misdemeanors, felonies and probation violations in circuit and district courts who cannot afford to hire an attorney. The agency represents juveniles accused of delinquency in juvenile court and individuals on appeal in the Wyoming Supreme Court. Additional functions include representing individuals who are to be extradited to other states and individuals seeking post-conviction relief.

Emergency rental assistance, advocacy and mediation with landlords and information on landlord/tenant rights. One-time, limited assistance with a utility or rent when funding allows. Case management provided for assistance connecting with other community resources.

Pain Care Centers pain management services include medication management for painful conditions, and Suboxone for opioid dependency, spinal injections, joint injections, rhizotomy (burning of nerve), and spinal cord stimulation implant. We provide PRP and Stem cell therapy to help with regeneration of damaged tissue.

Foster Care is the temporary service provided to ensure the safety and well-being of children/youth while in out-of-home care. Foster homes are needed for all ages, but especially for teens and sibling groups.
