Struggling to find help for your child or teen? We are here to help. High Fidelity Wraparound is a way to support children and teens with big challenges by bringing together a team of people who care about them—like family members, teachers, counselors, and other helpers. Together, they make a plan that’s built around the child’s strengths, needs, and goals. The family is in charge, and everyone works as a team to make life better at home, in school, and in the community.
