US located, English speaking individuals. Ages 12 years through 100 years. Do not work with newly diagnosed Type 1 Diabetics of any age. Services are self-pay and priced similar to most copays for these type of services.

Intended Participants
- Diabetics
Diabetes Self-Management Training (DSMT) programs, classes, and one-on-one counseling via video conferencing for adults with Type 2 Diabetes, Gestational Diabetes, and Prediabetes. Additionally, there is a program specifically designed for teens with Prediabetes and Type 2 Diabetes. All DSMT services are provided by a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. All program curriculums are developed from professional care standards.
