ABLE offers supported employment skills offered through the Department of Vocational and Rehabilitation Center or the Home and Community-Based Services Waiver. ABLE offers on-the-job support to individuals who wish to seek a meaningful, competitive employment within their community. Vocational workshops covers essentials of the supported employment model: customized job matching based on their strengths, one-on-one job coaching, and long-term support to ensure career satisfaction and growth.
