The Olivia Caldwell Foundation may offer financial assistance, and construction services in the fulfillment of projects for families served by our Family Support Director that are not able to be funded by other resources. Examples of a special project could include: wheelchair ramp mechanical lift specialized medical equipment other necessary home modifications that must be made due to a child’s medical needs
