Vision Outreach Services works to address the unique needs of students/clients with visual impairments by building capacity of the agencies and individuals who support them through research-based best practices. We serve educational agencies who serve birth through 21 and we also serve qualifying adult clients. Vision Outreach Services provides services to clients in their home or in one of our 4 office locations
