FINANCIAL EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM
The program provides free one-on-one basic financial education classes to those seeking help. The class is approximately 3 hours long and helps its clients with topics such as budgeting, wants and needs, credit scores, taxes, retirement, and much more. The class is available to individuals, couples, and groups. It is free to take, and upon completion, participants receive a gift card to help them on their financial journey.

Our mission, in its most basic form, is eliminating racism and empowering women. There are three main areas that YWCA of Sweetwater County has found needs that we could help address: Family Violence and Sexual Assault Advocacy & Prevention, Childcare Services, and Financial Education.
