REVERSE MORTGAGE COUNSELING (HECM)
Wyoming Housing Network offers counseling required by HUD for Wyoming homeowners who are considering a home equity conversion mortgage. The sessions can be completed in person or over the phone and last approximately 90 minutes.

Participant must be over the age of 62. Must meet income requirements to waive enrollment fee

$125.00 fee. Can be waived for those who meet income eligibility.
