ASSIST Door to door transportation services primarily for elderly and disabled by reservation a week in advance. All qualified registered passengers are required to purchase and use EPASS. Passes cannot be purchased from the bus driver. Ticket fare assistance may be available to apply for, ask the Transit office for information. LINK bus offers fixed transportation service in Casper, Mills and Evansville, and parts of Natrona County.
