SOLDIER & FAMILY READINESS CENTER - SOUTH
The Wyoming National Guard has five regional Family Assistance Centers around Wyoming. FACs are critical links for families, service members, veterans, and the community. FACs provide a primary entry point for assistance for ALL service members, regardless of branch of service. Among the information and referral services offered are: crisis intervention, legal, financial resources, TRICARE, DEERS, and community outreach.

The FACs are designed to provide information and referral, assistance with identification cards and DEERs, assistance with TRICARE and dental issues, legal assistance, assistance with financial issues, referral of Employer Support to Guard and Reserve (ESGR) issues, assistance with military related issues and factual information concerning the service members.
