Habitats unique home ownership model offers families and individuals the opportunity to purchase a home at an affordable rate. HFHEB's no-interest loans make purchasing a home possible for community members whose income falls at or between 30 and 80 percent of the states median income. A modest down payment and sweat equity requirement ensure a working partnership.
