Our property offers one bedroom apartments for persons who are 62 years and older and the mobility impaired. Our units are all HUD subsidized. The rent is based on 30% of adjusted income. We offer free internet service, weekend meal delivery service, and a Service Coordinator that assist our residents in finding the services they need to remain living independently.
