The Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Section oversees HCBS waiver programs for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and acquired brain injuries. We strive to provide excellent customer service and up to date information to participants, families, providers, and other stakeholders.

HCBS waiver programs for individuals with developmental disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and who are ages 19-64 with a physical disability or ages 65+ who need nursing facility level of care.
