Offering assistance to families preparing to purchase their home. There are three phases offered including Financial Literacy Classes, Savings Phase and Maintenance Phase.

Prepares lower income, one and two parent working families with children for first time home ownership. Two years of home ownership preparation includes financial preparation, mentorship, family savings and matched community support.
