Description
Outside Therapy provides mental health services for ages 10+ throughout Wyoming via in-person and telehealth. We offer individual, couples, family, and group counseling using ACT, CBT, DBT, EMDR, and ERP. Our trauma-informed approach addresses mental health, sleep, nutrition, exercise, and relationships. Services include court-ordered assessments, parent reunification, and geriatric counseling. We accept all insurance and EAPs. Evening and Saturday hours available. No waitlist.
