The Independent Living Coordinator works with clients on an individual basis, teaching them skills to make a successful transition into adulthood. Included in this are skills and knowledge in personal finance, career/post-secondary educational exploration, housing assistance and education, and building positive social networks. The coordinator also works with clients to work towards gaining their GED as well as securing financial aid/assistance for post-secondary school and training.
