Horseback riding is a helpful therapeutic tool to improve balance, coordination, and strengthen core muscles. Equine activities emphasizing cognitive, psychological, behavioral, and physical goals for each participant help develop skills in the rider leading to adaptive riding, growth and development in the every day world outside of the equine activities.
