Description

Our Intensive Case Management Program supports a limited number of qualified individuals and/or families who meet 125% of the federal poverty guidelines. Approved participants of Project Hope will enter a commitment. Each obligation will receive intensive case management, including but not limited to achieving and/or maintaining housing; enhancing life skills; addressing individual needs; building social skills and community relations, and developing goals to achieve an improved quality of life.

Community Action of Laramie County helps individuals in need with the following services: Self Sufficiency, Crossroads Healthcare Clinic, Kinship Support Services, Veteran Housing Services, and the Farmer’s Market.
