The Clerk of District Court is responsible for maintaining the records of all cases filed in the First Judicial District Court . The Clerk has many duties which include the processing of cases and court ordered payments, as well as the administration of appeals from this court to the Wyoming Supreme Court, and setting up and monitoring all jury trials in the First Judicial District. Cell phones are not allowed upstairs in the courthouse so please leave them at home or in your car.
