ANGER MANAGEMENT FOR YOUTH
Mercer Family Resource Center offers a course for teens to enable them to recognize the underlying emotions/triggers and replace anger with healthy coping skills. Teens will be able to: control his/her rage; express empathy for others; identify where his/her anger is coming from; cope with daily stressors; forgive others; or be assertive rather than aggressive.
