Benefits in Action provides assistance applying for SSI and/or SSDI for those who have a disability and who are unable to work. This program provides: - Help applying for benefits There is no upfront cost, and there is only a fee if the case succeeds. That one-time fee is agreed upon through a contingency agreement and is only paid to BIA from SSA once a case has been approved. Services are provided virtually.
