We work with individuals 8 years and older, teens, adults, couples and families. We use a variety of evidence-based techniques and methods to meet your specific needs. These include attachment-based therapy, EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, parent-child interaction, strength-based therapy, and trauma focused therapy.
