Free screening of children ages birth through five. Areas screened include vision, hearing, gross and fine motor, communication, speech, language, cognitive , social/emotional and adaptive skills.

Lincoln Uinta Child Development Association (LUCDA) is a private non-profit organization that provides services to children, age birth through five in a two-county area. Services provided include Nationally Accredited preschool, Developmental screening and assessment, Disability services, and Head start. LUCDA operates six Children Development Centers in Kemmerer, Afton, Alpine, Thayne, Evanston, and Bridger Valley.
