Reimbursable Rates are determined by the Wyoming Department of Health, Behavioral Health Division. Private Pay rates align with the reimbursable rates as determined by the Wyoming Department of Health.

Case management is a required service on all Waivers to assist participants in gaining access to needed Waiver and other Medicaid State Plan services, as well as medical, social, educational, community supports and other support services, regardless of the funding source.
