Upon contact from potential clients, a determination is made regarding eligibility and then financial assistance is provided in the amount of $150 per household per year depending on the individuals situation for emergency needs such as utilities, rent, food, auto fuel, auto repair, lodging, and pharmaceuticals.

Local volunteer service unit of the Salvation Army which both raises funds through the red kettle drive during the holidays and disburses the funds for emergency assistance.
