Description

WIC provides: nutrition education; supplemental foods; breastfeeding support and information; and referrals for pregnant women, postpartum and breastfeeding women, infants, and children to age 5. A free nutrition and health assessment is done to determine nutritional/health needs. Breastfeeding support and help is provided. An eWIC card is provided to buy approved healthy foods.
