Primary health care, prescription fills and payment assistance (non-narcotics), and health education about tuberculosis, AIDS, STDs, contraception, hypertension, asthma, and other illnesses/health issues. Mental health/substance abuse. A nurse practitioner can write prescriptions and can fill some on-site.
