WIC provides nutrition education, supplemental foods, information, counseling, and referrals for pregnant women, postpartum and breastfeeding women, infants, and children to age 5. A free nutrition and health assessment is done to determine any nutritional/health needs. Breastfeeding support and help is provided. An EBT card is provided to buy healthy foods.
