Sunday: Closed Monday: 07:30 AM - 05:00 PM Tuesday: 07:30 AM - 05:00 PM Wednesday: 07:30 AM - 07:00 PM Thursday: 07:30 AM - 05:00 PM Friday: 07:30 AM - 11:30 AM Saturday: Closed CALC offices will be closed from 12:00pm - 1:00pm for lunches.

Description

Our Intensive Case Management Program supports a limited number of qualified individuals and/or families who meet 125% of the federal poverty guidelines. Approved participants of Project Hope will enter a commitment. Each obligation will receive intensive case management, including but not limited to achieving and/or maintaining housing; enhancing life skills; addressing individual needs; building social skills and community relations, and developing goals to achieve an improved quality of life.
