Free to qualifying families, available for a fee to all others. DFS Child Care subsidy is also accepted for those who require wrap-around child care on any weekday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Albany County TANF Preschool is a public-private partnership between the Albany County School District #1 and Basic Beginnings, Inc. Free preschool is available in 4 different locations to income-qualifying families with children ages 3-5 years who are not yet in kindergarten.
