Description

The VA Medical Foster Home Program provides individualized, non-institutional care to Veterans who are no longer able to live independently in their own home. The VA partners with compassionate, caring individuals in the community who are willing to open their private homes to providing care to Veterans in a family/home environment. Currently, the VA is seeking caregivers in the community to be able to provide this service to Veterans. Caregivers are compensated and VA provides oversight of MFH.
