Description
WIC provides nutrition education, supplemental foods, information, counseling, and referrals for pregnant women, postpartum and breastfeeding women, infants, and children to age 5 years. A free nutrition and health assessment is done to determine any nutritional/health needs. Breastfeeding support and help is provided. A WYO W.E.S.T. card is provided to buy healthy foods.
