Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP) Our most intensive level of care is divided into three phases, consisting of a minimum of 72 clinical hours of therapy. Relapse Prevention - A targeted form of counseling designed to highlight stressors and triggers to develop coping skills for the real world. Aftercare - Personal Frontiers works with clients after they leave our program to ensure that they are successful as they move back into their own routine of everyday life.
