Wyoming Unity Solutions is a high-fidelity wraparound program. Family care coordinators, youth support partner, and family support partners create a team to help support Wyoming families. Youth we serve are ages 4-20, struggle with severe emotional/behavioral disturbances, and seek support in the home and community. We work on a children's mental health waiver-no out of pocket fees.
