Screening:Free screenings only need consent of parent/guardian. Eligibility: Comprehensive developmental evaluations Weill be completed to determine eligibility if a child does not have a medical diagnosis that could result in a developmental delay.

Description

Providing free developmental screenings to children from birth to age five to help identify children with developmental delays in order to provide them and their families with appropriate support services. We are located on the Wind River Indian Reservation in Ft. Washakie and serve native and non-native children and their families. We have two preschool programs for all children ages 3-5, in which we provide free transportation to and from school.
